step 1-turn off play store auto updates

1. go to your play store app
2. click on menu button in top left corner 
3. touch on settings
4. click on "auto-update apps" 
5. finally select "do not auto-update apps" 

step 2-turn off android software update

1. go to your settings
2. click on "about device"
3. remove check mark in check box

1. go to your brand app store ( ex: galaxy apps)
2. click on menu icon in top right corner
3. click on "settings"
